Hello, my name is Shelly Saxton, and I own and operate (SS) Challenge Coins, a business I created out of something close to my heart. What began as a gift to my father, RMCS(SS) Curtiss Gardner USN (Ret.), blossomed into a company that allows me to give back to those who have served our country.
I have had my own business for over 15 years, and by popular request, I have recently added more wood products that aren't necessarily military-related. So, I have branched out to include these custom wood products that are not related to (SS) Challenge Coins. Which means I now have two companies! Because of this, all transactions through Knotty Girl Wood Shop will show from our parent company (SS) Challenge Coins.

Our Return Policy:
We promise to maintain a no questions asked policy of 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase, for any reason, just return it to us for a replacement or full 100% refund of the purchase price. Personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable unless there is damage or a defect, not due to shipping, in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered.
Damaged or Lost Packages: All damaged packages must be reported to us within one (1) business day of receipt. These packages will be reported to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.
If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to resolve the issue. We recommend contacting us immediately, but you must contact us no later than 60 days from the date of mailing.
